What We Collect

The bot processes the following data to provide its features:

• Discord user ID — to identify your digest subscription and conversation history.
• City or location you provide — to search for events and stores near you.
• Message content in DMs and @mentions — to respond to your questions. Messages are stored temporarily for conversation context.
• Digest preferences — your chosen city, day, time, and search radius.

What We Don't Collect

• We do not collect messages from channels where the bot is not mentioned.
• We do not collect or store passwords, email addresses, or payment information.
• We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

How Data Is Stored

Conversation history for DMs is stored in a local database and is automatically pruned. Channel message context is held in memory only and is not persisted. Digest subscriptions are stored in a local database until you unsubscribe.

Third-Party Services

The bot sends your queries to AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI) to generate responses, and to the Ravensburger Play Hub API to fetch event data. These requests include the content of your message but not your Discord identity.

Data Deletion

You can reset your DM conversation history by sending "reset" to the bot. You can remove your digest subscription with /digest unsubscribe. To request full deletion of your data, contact us on the support server.
